Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Short version up front. Our graphics are made-to-order, tied to your photos and your information, and delivered digitally. Once we start work, the order is not refundable for cash. We will always make the graphic right through revisions. If we genuinely cannot, we refund. Specifics below.

Standard Orders (Single Graphic)

Before we start work. Full refund. Email info@hyperfocusathletics.com within 24 hours of placing the order and before you submit your photos and intake information, and we will refund in full.

After we start work and before delivery. No cash refund. We will continue working through revisions to get the graphic right. "Work begins" means we have logged your order in our production queue and started concepting, which is usually within hours of you completing intake.

After delivery. No refund once the final files have been sent. You have 14 days from delivery to request revisions for anything that needs to be fixed.

If we fail to deliver a workable graphic after two revision attempts. Full refund. This has never happened, and it is our standing offer.

Rush Orders

Rush turnaround fees are non-refundable once work has started, even if you later cancel. The base order amount still follows the standard rules above.

If we miss the rush deadline due to something on our end, we refund the rush fee. We do not refund the rush fee for delays caused by missing photos, late intake information, slow approval, or unanswered revision requests.

Bundles and Multi-Graphic Orders

Bundle pricing is a discount on the full set. Once any graphic in a bundle has entered production, the bundle is non-refundable for cash.

If you want to swap a graphic type in a bundle (for example, change a commitment graphic to a milestone graphic) before that piece has entered production, we will accommodate the swap at no charge if the bundle price is the same.

Custom Inquiry Orders

Custom orders quoted through the custom inquiry form are subject to the refund terms stated in the written quote we send and your acceptance email. If a custom quote does not state otherwise, the standard rules above apply.

Revisions vs. Redesigns

A revision is a tweak. Layout adjustments, copy edits, color changes, photo swaps, font changes. One round is included with every order. Additional rounds are $15 each.

A redesign is a fundamentally different concept after you have seen the first draft. A redesign is a new order. We can apply the original order amount toward the new one as a credit, but we cannot refund and re-bill.

What We Cannot Refund For

We cannot refund or void an order in the following situations:

  • Photos you sent that turned out to have rights issues you did not disclose
  • School logos, team logos, sponsor marks, or other trademarks you asked us to include that you did not actually have rights to use
  • Changes of mind about a school, sport, college decision, commitment status, or personal statement after the graphic is delivered
  • Posts that did not get the engagement or attention you hoped for
  • Delays caused by you not responding to our questions or revision requests within 30 days
  • Failure to read our delivery email (check spam, add us to contacts)

Chargebacks

Talk to us first. Email info@hyperfocusathletics.com and we will resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in us refusing future service to you and the people on your account.

We respond to chargebacks with our delivery records, intake records, and internal communications with you. If a chargeback is filed for a graphic that was delivered and the customer was responsive throughout the process, we will dispute it.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@hyperfocusathletics.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address you used at checkout
  3. A short note explaining what you would like resolved

We respond within 2 business days.

Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
