Shipping Policy

Everything Is Digital

All HyperFocus Athletics products are digital. Nothing is shipped, printed, or mailed. Your graphic is delivered as a download link or email attachment.

What You Receive

Standard delivery includes:

• High-resolution PNG (square, ready for Instagram posts)
• Vertical PNG sized 9:16 (sized for Instagram Stories, TikTok, Reels)

JPG and additional crops are available on request.

Delivery Method

We deliver by email to the address used at checkout. Files are also accessible through a download link that stays active for 30 days from delivery.

Add info@hyperfocusathletics.com to your contacts before you order so delivery does not land in spam.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive your photos and complete intake information. Rush turnaround is available at checkout.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays do not count as business days. The clock starts when intake is complete, not when payment is received.

If You Did Not Receive Your Files

Check spam first, then check the download link we sent. If you still cannot find your files, email info@hyperfocusathletics.com with your order number. We will resend within 1 business day at no charge.

International Customers

We deliver worldwide. Because delivery is digital, no customs fees, duties, shipping fees, or import taxes apply.
